I received a mum plant as a thank you gift. It couldn't have come at a better time. I was kind of in a funk and I decided the mum would be the perfect subject for the day. I put the mum in a small vodka bottle, sample size. I didn't drink the vodka someone else did - anyway those little bottles make perfect flower vases. Today was a much better day for painting. There is that distorted glass view that you do so well. I like the tablecloth(? or placemat?) on which the "vase" is sitting, too. MB, I am amazed at your dedication and determination to do 100 paintings. Incredible.
