"CRUISING RABBIT EARS"

We were on our way to Silverthorne - it was foggy and
quite beautiful leaving the Yampa Valley. This little MG?
with collector plates was cruising in front of us so I
shot off a few photos(not while driving).
This is a little 6" X 6"
oil on panel
It will be showing at the gallery for February.
Thanks!

"PEZ A DAY #4"

I didn't do what I was suppose to do today.
 Instead I Painted my Valentine.
If you want to receive a Valentine card in the mail
E-mail me your USPS address.
You can go to my website

And send an e-mail.
The Valentine is nothing a normal person would paint.
Don't say I didn't warn you.

"THE USUAL SUSPECTS"

"THE USUAL SUSPECTS"
8"H X 30"W
OIL ON PANEL
I painted this for the Palette show at the Steamboat Springs Arts council.
I don't know if it will get in but it was painted specifically for  the show.
The piece is suppose to have taste, texture, sound and smell.
I figured those little pez dispensers would make some sound - the wrappers for touch
the candy for taste and smell.
Not sure if it will qualify but it sure was fun to paint.
COMIC RELIEF IN THE ARTS!

"PEZ A DAY #6"

"REX"

PEZ A DAY #5"

PEZ A DAY #3"

"SUPERMAN"

"PEZ A DAY #2"

"HELLO KITTY"

"PEZ A DAY #1"

This is the first installment on a large painting.
It was still wet - I couldn't get good photo shots so this will
have to do for now. I'm kind of excited about this piece
it's suppose to offer some "comic relief" in the arts.
Thanks and have a great weekend!

"FUR COAT"

I used to teach art up at the community college.
I found this copy of Jan - my figure drawing model
and thought it would make a nice thank you.
She has helped me with my work in so
many ways that I wanted to thank her in some way.
She was a great model and she's a really good friend.
Thanks for taking a look.

"MAX THE WONDER DOG"

Max is a Tibetan Spaniel who lives in N.C.
He spends lots of time at the beach.
I've included the photo of Max(below) that I worked from.
I figured it would be more fun to paint Max at the beach
instead of on the rock. I hope they like it!
Thanks for looking.

"MOO REVIEW"

This is a demo I painted at the Auction December 31st.
Remember the last time I got stuck and I said paint a dog and
it will go away. Well this time I decided to paint some cows.
It's working.
My "SWEET RIDE" truck painting sold at auction for
2400.00(I didn't get one thin dime - the gallery got the dough)
Then I sold 5 paintings in 4 days - boy was I on a roll.
Then on Wednesday the gallery owner took my large
cow painting out of the front window and asked me to
take it home??????!!!!!!!!!!!!
Could things get any weirder? Is that a word?
Anyway I'm looking for some other avenues to sell my
paintings if you have any ideas or you want to
become my sales rep let me know.
I need all the help I can get from people
who like my work and like me!
Thanks a bunch
