This beautiful Belgian was all dressed up for competition at the Minnesota State Fair this year. Belgians are so sweet and gentle. At the Routt County Fair - I had the pleasure of meeting many local Belgian owners at the Chuck Fulton Memorial Draft Horse Competition.
