"JESS & MOM"

Jess riding on the 4 wheeler with her Mom!

Thanks for following and looking. MB

"JESS"

Here's what Jess's neighbor has to say about her(this portrait was

a surprise for Jess's Mom). She was a border collie and german short

haired pointer. She was very opinionated, but lived to ride with her

mom up in the mountains on the four wheeler checking on the cattle.

Thanks for all the patience in lack of posts.

I've moved to a new gallery and it's been emotionally and financially trying.

I will be at Circle 7 Fine Art for 3 months trying it

out to see if it fits. More on that later.

Thanks a bunch

POUDRE - TOO SWEET!

Here's the final painting of Poudre. I can''t tell you how many pics I took of Poude - but I finally got what I was looking for - and here's the painting that I am happy to show. I never thought it would happen for this special dog.

Also wanted to inform everyone my internet was out hence no blog. Sorry but that's technology for ya!

"POUDE"

Here's a portrait for the fund raiser. I had a heck of a time working with the photo - it took me till today to figure out why. Poude was standing on all fours which made it difficult to differentiate between the body and the head especially since he's mostly black. I had to pretend he was sitting and try to imagine his shape - don't know if I even came close. So if you are ordering a portrait think about the pose and how it translates into a painting. If not satisfied I'll give it another go. It's all practice.  Thanks!
