This is another Routt County Fair image. This young participant(possibly royalty) was practicing for the opening ceremonies at the fair. She raced around the entire rodeo grounds with the flag waving by her side - it was quite an inspiring sight. The speed of her horse was most impressive while hanging onto the flag. Love the fair.
